Espiro Investment, together with its Interior and Exterior departments, is a dynamically developing company, the origins of which date back to 1978. Our activity focuses on comprehensive construction of single- and multi-family buildings at the request of individual Clients.
Our work results in implementations throughout Poland. The complete process of investment handling is possible thanks to collaborations with Espiro Interior, Espiro Exterior and the DOMO website. Through the 40 years of our activity we have kept expanding and adjusting the scope of services offered to the needs of the market, while at the same time enjoying the trust of new Clients.
We offer a comprehensive service, starting with support in design choice, though adaptation and handling the formal matters related to obtaining the construction permit, and ending with design and execution of interiors and gardens.
Every stage of works is subject to individual arrangements supported by our counsellors, who are eager to help with the selection process based on the needs of the Investor.
We want our Clients to be able to go through the process of constructing their dream home without the stress caused by the fear of unexpected expenses. Even if any sudden shifts in construction material prices occur, our Clients will not incur any additional costs!
Our policy aims at the Client being fully satisfied and therefore all the work performed by our company and encompassed by a warranty good for several years – the exact duration thereof depends on the character of individual construction stages and may be even as long as 5 years.
We know how important the feeling of security and peace is to our Clients and therefore at each stage we offer the support of an individually assigned Client Supervisor, who makes sure the processes progress according to plan and the flow of information is smooth.
