The construction of a home up to the open building shell stage encompasses wall construction, chimney installation, building internal stairs and carrying out the roof framing, together with roofing. Closed building shell stage additionally features the installation of external windows and doors. The works within the scope of the pre-finishing stage include the distribution and execution of electrical, water supply, sewage and central heating systems, internal plastering, floorings and attic heat insulation, and facade work.
On the basis of the design documentation, our cost estimate personnel prepares a noncommittal and free offer that includes all the constituents of the construction and that form the basis for starting collaboration.
We take over all the obligations related to the home construction process, limiting the involvement of our Investors solely to the acceptance of individual stages of works. We relieve the Investor of the burden of constant supervision over the construction work being performed, thanks to which they can focus on the more pleasant part of the construction – planning interior finishing and selecting decorative elements.

The construction market is characteristic in that the prices of materials and services are constantly fluctuating. We are one of the few companies that provide the Clients with a guaranteed fixed price, covering in whole any price differences that may occur after the moment of signing the contract.
The settlement system that we prepared is characterised by the fact that we do not charge any advance payments. All payments are made after a given stage is completed and both parties sign the acceptance report compliant with the design and individual arrangements between the parties.
The work that we carry out is divided into multiple stages and payments on an instalment plan and payments are made only after the acceptance of individual work projects.
